This show would have been national, but it's still hard for me to think that $50,000 would have made sense for my company! For someone, maybe, but not for me!

Anne-Marie, that's an excellent point: lots of product placements and opportunities if you had a firm working for you for a whole year! And your ideas for spending sound fun, too. Why can't we all just win the lottery? :0)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07133755874358356819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3526417756972408609.post-45608541785953503732011-01-30T22:38:31.757-05:002011-01-30T22:38:31.757-05:00We had a similar call a few years back and quickly...We had a similar call a few years back and quickly turned it down. For one thing, $50,000 pays for a PR Firm for an ENTIRE year. What could a NYC PR Firm do for you in a YEAR? What kind of shows could they place you on?

If I had a strings-free $50,000 .... hm, tough call. It's between investing in our internal marketing (better SQTV set, better blog resources, better camera, higher budget to experiment with) and spending on a PR firm.Anne-Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04897791546363838272noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3526417756972408609.post-42840464996526897462011-01-30T19:19:58.645-05:002011-01-30T19:19:58.645-05:00Certainly, I would spend it on building up a huge ...Certainly, I would spend it on building up a huge supply, and some tools to make it all easier. I would then use about 1-3,000 on PR-never $50,000! That's insane!
To answer your ? we have a show in Cleveland like this called Good Company, they give you about 3-5 minutes to talk about your products, do a "show and Tell" and that's it. I dont think it's anywhere $50,000 though.
Would this show that called you broadcast to Boston? Maybe that is why it was so much $.Milk and Cookeezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03810534088756013601noreply@blogger.com
