Married Where??

Back when I was planning my own wedding, I got a lot of suggestions for interesting ceremony locations. "On a beach" wasn't too bizarre...I do live near coastal Maine. "On a mountaintop" also wasn't impossible, as Cadillac Mountain is only a few short hours away. "In a hot air balloon"? Well....

I'm happy to say that we were married on solid ground, though not on a beach or a mountain (or in a box with a fox). I just ran across this article, though, which talks about some of the less traditional wedding locations that couples are choosing, and discusses ways to use their ideas in your own celebration. (I was amused by the cemetery wedding, since my husband proposed in a cemetery...okay, not his fault, but that's another story...)
