It's funny how too many toys can be worse than too few. Having too many things seems to overwhelm kids. I found it worked well to pack away lots of them and rotate them so there were "new" things to play with every month or so.

Then wait for your first box to arrive. Keep toys for the time specified by your plan, and ship back when you want a new box. Drop off postage paid boxes at FedEx. It's simple, it saves money, it's "green" because you're sharing toys with lots of other families. What a cool idea!
