National Zucchini Day

Did you know that August 8 is National Zucchini Day? My new favorite holiday! I planted another dozen zucchini plants this year and have already picked a few. Last summer I blogged a whole week of zucchini recipes, but I'm not gonna put you through that again. What I thought might be helpful, though, is to collect all of the recipes in one place.
