I was honored to be asked to donate to the Maine Association for Middle Level Education for their Annual Conference. MAMLE "is the professional organization of teachers, administrators, students, parents and others who share a commitment to young adolescent youngsters, ages 10-15. Established in 1987, MAMLE's purpose is to promote developmentally responsive education for young adolescents." I have two kids who directly benefit from excellent middle level education here in Maine, so I'm delighted to support MAMLE in this small way.
I decided that a conference attendee might really enjoy a gift basket with lavender and vanilla products and a reminder of 365 ways to relax. This gift set will be making its way to October's Annual Conference at Point Lookout in Northport, Maine, with my thanks for all the work they do to improve educational opportunities for our students.
I also decided that you might really enjoy a gift basket with lavender and a reminder to relax, especially this time of year when kids head back to school. So I'm giving away a second set just like this one.
This gift set includes lavender hand cream and body lotion, lavender sugar scrub and purple pumice, lavender bath salts with wooden scoop, bath pouf, vanilla lip balm, lavender bud sachets, and the book "365 Ways to Relax Mind, Body & Soul."
All of these goodies are wrapped up in a white gift tub, ready to give away or pamper yourself. This set has a retail value over $60, but is only available here. If you'd like a chance to win, simply leave a comment below. Tell us about your favorite teacher, or why you used to love going back to school. Or share why you really need to relax this September!
