Tulle bows are pretty frilly and perfect for a lingerie shower, but I love it when I can pair tulle with lacy tags (like our bridal shower favor design 1062). Last week we made lace tags to match wine tulle bows on a set of Sweet Pea bridal shower lotion favors. Very feminine!
